How long is a session?

The most common session time is 60 minutes. However, we also offer 30 and 90 minute sessions as well.

What if I’ve never worked out before?

That’s fine! It’s great actually, as we love getting people moving towards a more active and healthy lifestyle.

How can using a trainer help me?

Having a trainer allows you to benefit from their schooling, experience, instruction, guidance and support. They help you lay out a structured plan to help you achieve your goals.

What should I bring with me for my first session?

Make sure you’re wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move and not overheat. Also bring a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated.

What is your referral program?

Our referral program rewards clients who tell their friends and family about us. When a friend or family member signs up for a training package you receive a free training session!

If I just finished or am recovering from an injury can I work with a personal trainer?

Absolutely. We will work with your practitioner to find out where you are at and how we can work together to get you back up to speed and beyond!
