Here we will discuss where you’ve been, where you are now and where you want to be. That allows for a better understanding of what you’re body is capable of achieving. It gives a more whole picture of the individual, which results in the best possible program for you.

One-On-One Training

These training sessions are suited for everyone. Someone new to training would benefit from the additional attention when working to improve their technique and confidence in the gym. A more experienced client may prefer on-on-one as well, especially is they have unique or more advanced athletic goals. It also allows you scheduling independence, as the only schedule you’re working around is yours.

Partner Training

This is great for people who enjoy working with a teammate towards a common goal. Each person gets the benefits of working with a trainer and by sharing their time with a friend it becomes a more economical option.

Food Plans

The challenge that most people face when told they have to eat better or follow a food plan is that they hate it… Yes I just said that. Our attitude towards food is to make a food plan that people like to eat and they’ll follow it. Your food plan is designed with foods that YOU choose. That means if you don’t like it, it won’t be on your food plan. We look at your activity levels, current eating quantity and style and work with you to design a food plan that works for you.
